Section 1

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bdbat website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). bdbat is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bdbat ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the bdbat Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the bdbat Platform and close any account you may have registered. bdbat reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the date of last revision.

Section 2

Definitions

The following capitalised terms have the meanings assigned to them below and apply throughout this Agreement:

• Account

  The personal registered user account created by you on the bdbat Platform, accessible via your registered Bangladesh mobile number and password.

• Platform

  The bdbat website, mobile-browser interface, and all associated software, services, game content, and functionality operated by bdbat and accessible to registered users.

• Wager

  Any bet, stake, or game round played using real-money funds from the User's bdbat Account wallet, whether on casino games, slots, crash games, or sports betting markets.

• Bonus Funds

  Promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account by bdbat, subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.

• Responsible Gaming

  The suite of player-protection tools and policies operated by bdbat to promote safe gambling practices, including deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Section 3

Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the bdbat Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. bdbat reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your Account pending verification. Providing false eligibility information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

  Minimum Age

  You must be 21 years of age or older to register, deposit, or wager on bdbat. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Age verification documents may be required at any stage.

  Single Account

  Each user may maintain only one registered Account on bdbat. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — are prohibited and will result in account suspension.

  Geographic Restrictions

  The bdbat Platform is intended for users located in Bangladesh. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. bdbat makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

  Account Security

  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. bdbat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. Notify bdbat support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Section 4

Account Registration

To access the bdbat Platform and its real-money gaming services, you must register a valid Account. Registration requires a Bangladesh mobile phone number (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or Airtel Bangladesh SIM), a unique password meeting bdbat's security requirements, confirmation of your date of birth, and agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

bdbat reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party. bdbat may require identity verification (KYC) documents at registration or at any subsequent stage. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested may result in suspension of withdrawals or account closure.

  Accurate Information

  You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account. Knowingly providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

  One Account Per Person

  Only one Account is permitted per individual. bdbat uses device fingerprinting, payment method matching, and mobile number verification to detect duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and associated bonuses forfeited.

  KYC Verification

  bdbat may require you to submit identity documents (national ID, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC completion. bdbat will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe and will notify you of the outcome.

Section 5

Deposits and Withdrawals

bdbat supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard for Bangladesh players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposit transactions are processed in real time. bdbat does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bdbat accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bdbat targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and account verification status. bdbat reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

  Minimum Deposit

  The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bdbat may apply daily or weekly deposit limits as part of its responsible gaming controls. Players may set their own deposit limits via Account settings.

  Withdrawal Processing

  bdbat processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes on average. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or when additional account verification is required. bdbat will communicate any delays to the affected player via account notification.

  Currency

  All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the bdbat Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdbat does not support multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion is not available on the Platform.

  Fraud Prevention

  bdbat employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any account associated with suspected fraudulent payment activity, chargebacks, or exploitation of payment processing errors will be suspended pending investigation. bdbat reserves the right to recover funds from player accounts where fraudulent activity is confirmed.

Section 6

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdbat offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Bangladesh players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Bonus funds credited to your Account are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where applicable) before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is published in the individual promotion terms.

  Eligibility for Bonuses

  Bonuses are available to eligible registered bdbat accounts only. bdbat reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits that prevent the qualifying deposit may not be eligible for related bonuses.

  Wagering Requirements

  All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. bdbat uses the standard industry definition: wagering requirement = bonus amount × rollover multiplier.

  Bonus Expiry

  Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the individual promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

  Abuse of Bonuses

  bdbat prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds to make low-risk hedge bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. Any Account found to be abusing bonuses will be subject to bonus forfeiture and potential Account closure.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming Obligations

bdbat is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension from 24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are provided at no charge and take effect immediately upon activation.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that you are solely responsible for all wagering decisions made through your Account. bdbat strongly encourages players to gamble within their means and to use the available responsible gaming tools to manage their play. If you feel that gambling is negatively impacting your life, please contact bdbat support immediately and utilise the self-exclusion option.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdbat Platform. Breach of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

  Money Laundering

  Using the bdbat Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited. bdbat maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and cooperates with relevant authorities. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable law.

  Collusion and Cheating

  Any form of collusion between players, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other form of cheating is prohibited. bdbat uses industry-standard detection systems to identify and act on cheating behaviour.

  Abusive Behaviour

  Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at bdbat staff or other players via any Platform communication channel is prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension.

  Unauthorised Access

  Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to another player's Account, to the bdbat Platform's backend systems, or to any data held by bdbat is strictly prohibited and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the bdbat Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, game content, text, data, and interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdbat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming and betting activity. This licence does not extend to any right to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

The bdbat name, logo, and brand assets are registered trademarks of bdbat. Unauthorised use of any bdbat trademark, trade name, logo, or brand asset in any commercial or non-commercial context is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Permitted personal use of Platform content (such as sharing screenshots for non-commercial purposes) does not constitute a licence to use bdbat's brand assets.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdbat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from wagering outcomes, service interruptions, technical failures, third-party payment provider delays, or any other cause beyond bdbat's reasonable control.

bdbat does not warrant that the Platform will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary Platform unavailability. bdbat will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via Platform notifications where reasonably practicable.

Section 11

Account Suspension and Termination

bdbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected bonus abuse, underage gambling, account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months, or any other reason that bdbat, in its sole discretion, deems sufficient to warrant suspension or closure.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than breach of these Terms or confirmed fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an Account is closed due to breach or confirmed fraud, bdbat reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the Account, including any pending withdrawals.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

bdbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bdbat will provide notice to registered players via Account notification, email, or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, with at least 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect. Where changes are minor or administrative in nature, bdbat may implement them immediately without advance notice.

The current version of these Terms, marked with the date of last revision at the top of this page, is the version that governs your use of the Platform. Your continued use of the bdbat Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

Users accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
